CUSTOM HOMES
Nationwide Custom Homes is a
leading builder of modular single family homes, commercial
structures, multi-family residences, and remodeling additions
with a reputation for high quality, design flexibility, and
innovative marketing. The company was founded in 1959 and is
located on a 47-acre site in Martinsville, Virginia and a
21-acre site in Arabi, Georgia and production facility located
in Siler City, North Carolina with over 13 acres of land. In
total Nationwide operates five state-of-the-art production
facilities that provide homes for independent Authorized
Builders. Authorized Builders sells, erects, and finishes the
company's products in eleven Southern, Southeastern and Middle
Atlantic states (Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, South
Carolina, Georgia, eastern Tennessee, Maryland, southeast
Pennsylvania, southwest Ohio, eastern Kentucky, Florida) and the
District of Columbia.

years that one of the company's models captured a first
